Rules and regulation

Our school operates through a clear framework of responsibility, respect and cooperation. These guidelines help build a disciplined, caring and productive learning environment for children, families and staff.

Application to parents / guardians
  1. Active cooperation of parents and guardians in the functioning of the school is highly desirable. Meetings must be attended, and if absent, the head teacher should be informed.
  2. Students should pay special attention to daily reading and writing. Parents are encouraged to contact the class teacher regularly to monitor progress.
  3. Daily attendance is important. Missing classes affects understanding, interest and academic progress.
  4. Students should be encouraged to attend and participate in school festivals and educational programmes.
  5. Any concerns related to the school or the child’s learning should be communicated directly to the head teacher during the scheduled meeting time.
  6. If a student needs leave, the parent or guardian should submit an application. No parent or guardian should enter the classroom during school hours.
  7. Parents and guardians should come to school in proper attire and should not enter the school campus in night clothes.
  8. When dropping off students, they should be left inside the gate. Entry into classrooms is not allowed during school hours.
  9. Any books, notebooks or material left behind must be returned to the office the next day.
  10. The wisdom, awareness and advice of parents play an important role in guiding the school in the right direction.
Instructions to students
  1. Students must attend school regularly, arrive 15 minutes before the start of the school day and be taken home within 15 minutes after school hours.
  2. All students should attend the prayer meeting. No student should leave the classroom without the teacher’s permission.
  3. Students must follow a proper dress code and maintain disciplined school uniform standards.
  4. Every student should participate in school sports and cultural activities unless there is a valid special reason.
  5. If absent, the reason should be communicated to the head teacher before or after the absence.
  6. Daily household routine, diary discipline, homework, books and stationery should be maintained carefully.
  7. Students should bring the correct books and notebooks and avoid bringing unnecessary materials. Any misplaced materials must be submitted the next day.
  8. Students must show care and respect to teachers, peers and school staff at all times.
  9. Food or drink that harms health or discipline should be avoided. Proper water bottles and healthy food are encouraged.
